We are launching a new edition of the Elisava Alumni Mentoring Program! Mentoring programs are beneficial as they provide personalized guidance and advice, help develop skills, offer practical learning, expand networks, boost motivation and confidence, accelerate professional progress, and contribute to talent retention.

Suppose you have completed your studies in the last five years and wish to be guided by senior Alumni in discovering your professional capabilities and defining your medium and long-term goals. In that case, this proposal is likely of interest to you.

Program Details:

- Duration: Between 2 and 3 months.

- Sessions: 4 meetings between mentor and mentee (can be conducted virtually or in person).

- Each mentor may have a maximum of two mentees.

- Who can be a mentor? If you are an Alumni, staff, or professor at Elisava with over five years of experience in a field related to design, engineering, entrepreneurship, or innovation.

- Who can be a mentee? If you are a Bold Alumni of Elisava who graduated within the last five years.

- Mentees - Complete the attached mentee form and send it to alumni@elisava.net along with your CV. Limited spots are available based on mentor availability.

- Mentors - Complete the attached mentor form and send it to alumni@elisava.net
