Alumni Amalia Puga showcases her artwork "Bolina" at "From Spain with Design." This armchair, born from her final TFG project, "Entre redes," is crafted from steel and scraps of fishing nets woven by Galician redeiras. Through this piece, Amalia aims to revalue the work carried out by redeiras, an invisible and endangered profession due to a lack of generational succession.

"From Spain with Design" continues its itinerant journey for the seventh time with the exhibition "FSWD/ Identity and Territory." This showcase, highlighting the importance of made-in-Spain talent, can be visited at the Central de Diseño in Matadero Madrid until March 17th as part of the Madrid Design Festival 2024 program.
