Hipcare, the 3D printed splint designed to treat hip dysplasia in babies, is the result of the joint work of the Alumni of the Master in Product Design and Development: María Songel, María Paula Rodríguez, Lucía Solinís, Arsenio Andrea Meomartino, Júlia Robledo Carrió and Eva Vera. 

This innovative project has gained international recognition by being selected as a finalist in the prestigious Prototypes for Humanity competition in Dubai. It has also won an award at the CIRCUL-A-THON by SABIC Solutions for Hygiene and Healthcare in Saudi Arabia.
