Elisava Design Weekend Ecuador 2022 edition
We are delighted to announce a new project we are currently embarking on. It is the first edition of the Elisava Design Weekend, which will be held for the first time in Ecuador next September.
This event has been conceived as a meeting point for the local Elisava Alumni community. A series of activities will take place over the course of a weekend, including an exhibition, talks and other activities to connect and network among the different members of this community.
The city of Quito has been chosen to become the first venue of the Elisava Design Weekend, where the IMPAQTO spaces located in La Floresta (one of the most creative and captivating areas of the city) will host the exhibition where the selected Elisava Alumni projects in this call will be displayed.
To this end, we would like to invite all Elisava Alumni who wish to share and present their projects with us and the whole community during the celebration of the Design Weekend Ecuador 2022 edition to participate.
The received projects will be reviewed by representatives of Elisava Barcelona and Elisava Alumni, who will select those with the greatest creative potential to be exhibited at this meeting and thus contribute to its international dissemination.
Elisava Design Weekend is an initiative of Elisava Alumni José Luis García Eguiguren (creative director and founder of Gworkshop Design Studio), Alexandra Maldonado (photographer and founder of the social project Las Reinas Pepiadas) and Carla Anderson (product designer and co-founder of Kajkao).
