Mariana Eidler participates as moderator at 'La Biennal del Pensament'

Mariana Eidler, Elisava Alumni and director of the international Study Abroad programme, and also head of the Food Design Area and the Food Design Lab Barcelona, participated last Wednesday October 12th in the latest edition of 'La Biennal del Pensament de Barcelona', as moderator of the talk "City and Food". 


The talk, which brought together Carolyn Steel, architect and author of the books Hungry City: How Food Shapes Our Lives and Sitopia: How Food Can Save the World; Sonia Massari, Co-Founder of FORK and director of the Future Food Academy, and Vicent Domingo, Director of the Valencia World Sustainable Urban Food Centre-CEMAS, addressed topics such as the relationship between city, territory and food, or how gastronomy, design, architecture and urbanism are related to each other.
