Guillem Virgili and Olga Pérez will address key issues to take into account when presenting and closing a professional order in the field of design. If you have a studio or are freelance, we will review the aspects to consider when presenting a budget, how to define the work phases, what to take into account about external collaborators, as well as the conditions that must be agreed to have a fluid professional relationship with the client. We will also incorporate the client's perspective, identifying what they value most in a supplier in the field of design, timings, interlocutors, etc.

Guillem Virgili is the founder of Estudi Virgili, a company dedicated to corporate image and packaging, he also develops teaching activities at ELISAVA. Since 2015 he has been the President of Elisava Alumni and since 2017 a member of the ELISAVA Board of Trustees.

Olga Pérez has developed her professional career in the world of design and advertising as a Project Manager. She started his career in Base Design and after working in various agencies and studios, she currently works at the Direcció de Comunicació de l’Ajuntament de Barcelona.
