In this last conference, we will talk about how to face a negotiation:

1. Recognizing and overcoming obstacles for a successful negotiation

2. Identifying your own and your interlocutor's negotiation styles.

3. Practicing how to devise win-win solutions and proposals.

4. Dealing assertively with conflicts
